To get started with Avid VideoShop® 2.0 you must use this installer to place a copy of the application on your computer's hard disk. Here are the system requirements for Avid VideoShop® 2.0:
• At least 4MB of memory (more is better)
• System 7.0.1 (or later)
• QuickTime 1.6.2 or later
• Sound Manager 3.0 or later
Before installing Avid VideoShop® please note the following:
Avoid potential Extension conflicts
To avoid potential conflicts with Extensions, it is best to startup with Extensions disabled (shift key held down while starting up) before running the installation.
Turn virus protection off
If you use virus prevention software, you may certainly scan for viruses, but we suggest turning the virus detection software off before running the installation.
